FBI analyst Mark is determined to reclaim his position after an unexpected setback, and the only way to do so is by constructing an off-the-books safehouse. As he embarks on this covert project, he hires an inexpensive contractor to keep costs low. He quickly realizes that the cheap choice leads to more problems than solutions, jeopardizing his plans and the chances of getting his job back.
